@amit2992, I agree with you there, they need to get their back end in shape, see how the operations are managed to cater to the demands of their customers before they go around promising what they can't deliver.
It is indeed strange that you reply so quickly here than to my emails. Please reply to my emails rather than here if you really want to show you care about the customer.
