I had placed my order in December, and I had not received delivery till January mid. So I wrote an email asking about it. I got a reply that the product will be dispatched in sometime and I should wait for it.
6 weeks later after ordering it, I didn’t get the product, so I wrote another email.
I got a reply saying, they did not have the product and my order stands canceled. I fail to understand why Fashion & You puts up products for sale which they don’t really have? This was my first experience with them and also the last.
Thankfully I had opted for a Cash on Delivery option.PS: Also I would like to mention, the same product was put up in another set of sales about 3 weeks after I ordered at a lesser price. I really did not understand it at that point, and I thought it was a clearance sale. But F&Y sells the same product which does not exist in different sales.
