I'm sorry but this issue is not resolved, not only did they make me waste a lot of my time trying to get their internet removed, these guys now have the audacity to ask me for more money and have even registered a case against me accusing me of not paying them for their 'services'
Definitely it is...also,they responded to this review and asked for my connection details and still haven't done anything about it. I still have the internet and am still being charged for something I don't (read: can't) use!
