Got my connection in January 2015 and the internet has hardly worked for 15 days in the past 2 months. They keep saying they will get the issue resolved but nobody ever comes to actually resolve it.
After I was tired of calling the customer service, I requested disconnection of services and asked for a refund but nobody ever came for that either(because ofcourse they wont disconnect it before I have had the connection for 2 months that they charged me for in advance).
When I called the customer service again for disconnection and asked for a refund, they told me they werent going to give my money back and stressed for resolution again(which they havent done in a month). So, Tikona is an epitome of bad service. Worst experience ever! They wont give you the internet they promise, will charge you for the same non existent internet and wont even take it away!
P.S. if anyone from Tikona is reading this, please take your shitty internet away!
