Its fake website they don't understand their own terms & conditions ie. they simply write that if you find your product defective then escalate report with in 24 hours of delivery, then they will give customers refund or replacements that is imaginary not real. Some times your supervisers and executives give me 500 INR coupon and sometimes they give me of greed to get the mobile repaired with discounted rate, its more then 34 days & almost 24 email conversations but nothing concrete solution happened, So i think Consumer Court is right thing for cheater we read more...
