I have placed an online order on https://tradus.com for Nokia Lumia 520 on 19th Sept, got delivery on 23rd Sept, The product delivered has faulty screen, with in 2-3 hrs I had placed the defect complaint with images on tradus. After that with series of emails then finally Tradus agreed for replacement and confirmed us in written that seller is replacing the product.
On 4th Oct they arranged for the pickup and phone was sent to seller, On 18th Oct I received back the product, it was the same one. They have not replaced the product and now they are saying that I fault is done by me and they will not replace the product. The cost of the product was Rs 8999.00 and wasted my 1 month as on date.
Either I want the replacement of the product or my money back.
