Another update. After tons of follow-up they finally responded and I got the refund after almost 1-1/2 months. That too only after posting on mouthshut review, I got any response.
Susmita, Sending emails also do not help. Even after one+ month of following up on email, there is no resolution still. Also I would urge you to post an independent negative review for infibeam so that it appears in the search results. for everybody.
An update on this, Only after I posted this issue I got some response from infibeam in which they gave the transaction ID etc for the refund and asked me follow-up with bank. I forwarded the same to Citibank and after thorough investigation for 7 days, they confirmed that these details provide read more...
