Don’t subscribe for any packages of magicbricks. I took double dhamaka package for 3000/- in which they promised that my ad will appear in TOI for 3 weeks and I can post 1 property on website for 3 months.
Due to a website bug, I could not post the ad on TOI.
Finally after 3 weeks of multiple emails(their customer care don’t pickup the call), they finally posted it on my behalf. Though still I couldn’t find hyderabad TOI on given dates in property section so I felt like cheated on this part.
Then when I was trying to change the price, website started to complain about my buildings name.(See screenshot) error says it contains objectionable content. What the hell is objectionable about "Sai Krupa Laxmi Nilayam"?
Then I am not able to view the contact details of people who are interested in my property despite of paying them 3000/- bucks and my subscription is valid for 1 more month.
Another issue I faced was, after a month, my property started getting listed way below in the search result. I had to create another account and post it from that in order to get it back at the top. I am totally regretting to pay those 3000/- to these stupid fellows.
Please stay away from taking any packages from them if you don’t want to go through the same mental agony that I went through.
