Hey, even I got duped by the company. I bought furniture worth 20K and I didn't get it delivered. I waited more than 20 days for this but they will not pick up the call neither are their customer care email and info email genuine. Do you know what should I do?

Hmm I see. But at time I wanted to avoid the court case. Moreover I didn't know about the norms.

Go for MTNL if you have landline. I had a very good experience with MTNL and AIRTEL. Tikona service is very bad. They have a disconnection policy of 45 days and after that if you have chose a quarterly payment policy, then they will slap for the last quarter during disconnection. I had the same experience with tikona in Mumbai. Their customer orientation is very bad. I got exorbitant final bill slapped at me when I closed the connection. Please think twice before you go for Tikona.
