you seem to have had a really bad experience with this product....but i am not sure it means the product is the worst....this could be one those one off product deffects....cos personally i am really happy with this product...i havent had any problem what so ever in last 4 months....we moved from bo read more...

i have been using it for last 4months. I checked its upper filter which needs to be cleaned every 2month or so...they have given a hand pump to clean it up...the method is easy and anyone can do it....about the purity of water, i am assured becasue of its a hindutsan unilever's product...also the fa read more...
when i said its good because its solving all my problems. We no longer need to boil and filter the water. Its storage capacity is also good, 18ltr sufficient for couple of days of consumption. I am getting same quality water as that of an UV purifier at a much affordable price. I cant comment about read more...
