140211-009426 Pl open the service request and you will realize what you are doing with your customers. There is no-one trying to resolve and most of the information was misleading

This seems to be the normal with MMT. To quote recent instance they even do not respond to service requests going all upto their management. Nothing is mentioned in the T&C and they do not follow any ethical approach.

What a show!!!! What a display of behaviour. This clearly says what MMT thinks. They don't respond and then believe that 90 days have passed and everthing is hunky dory. Really pathetic. No more communications please.
