Thanks for your suggestion. After your suggestion I wrote to banking Ombudsman and they have directed HSBC to clear my CIBIL record. Banking Ombudsman service was fantastic, I never expected such a good service from any of the Govt bodies. Suggest everyone to make use of it whenever required.
Rishi, Thanks for your suggestion. Do you know the procedure to report it to RBI like their mail Id etc. Appreciate your help.
