They have not yet refunded the money. Six months have passed now. For the client number as well as contact number please see the payment reference numbers in the comments above. Thank you.
This is the sixth month running. It is obvious that you are using these advance payments as free loans to your organization. You are agreeing to take up jobs you can't complete as a means to get free working capital. Bad business practice.

The loss due to incompetency, in the form of lost rent, was far more than the fee itself. Choose your sale/rental marketing method/agent carefully!
