nobroker is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

Bad business practices, harassment, incompetence

They took 50% of the fee(for cleaning, painting and renting out) in advance and did absolutely nothing and keep delaying refunding the advance.


Several months have elapsed now and they are dragging their feet on refunding the money.


The customer-facing people keep "escalating" the matter to the "appropriate team" and then absolutely nothing gets done. I have gone thru this cycle more than fifteen times now. I have been patient, but everyone has his limits.


I am an NRI and relied on this "big company" to do the needful(to rent out my property, etc.).


Go to a local broker and pay him/her the same amount provided he completes the work - and this is how it normally works. Dont’ be fooled by their slick website and marketing.


The loss in rent due to their inaction far exceeded their fee. So the loss due to asking nobroker to do the job was enormous.


No news yet of my refunds. Seven months now!


Payments were made as follows:
