Hi, I am a banker myself and I know ECS is charged only when presented to bank. If I have requested the cancellation why they presented the ECS? I absolutely second this. They will only call you at the time of renewal of your policy. Otherwise they will forget about you. They see you only as a source of income and not as a customer
