No nh_ if you happen to practice abroad, you will come to know that the most emphasis is on communication, allaying patient fears and being polite. I f a doctor is too busy in a private set up and cannnot see all patients he should cut down on the number of patients and not be greedy. Though that is read more...

yes it has happened to me too. we had ordered 2 bedsheets none of which reached us since 6 months. the excuse was that the house was locked. home shop 18 should concentrate less on tv advertizing and more on human behaviour of their ground staff or be prepared to shut shop in few years.
