Hi, Try sending the mail to ajay.bijli@pvrcinemas.com I did fill the feedback form and sent the mail to this Id and i got the response within 24 hours. Not sure, which one worked so you may want to use this also.

I agree with you guys but imagine a situation where you are with couple of your friends and there are 9-10 people standing in front of you and that too in PVR where you are paying more than double the amount to watch a movie.
