Sorry for what happened to you. I look up to Dr. Raghavan for my kids and trust him more than 100%. He is very down to earth and if he has an iota of doubt he recommends the tests so that everyone is clear. He is always available on his mobile and is the most patient friendly person. PVR has tried to recreate a customer experinece in par with a developed country, which is commendable. To maintain that, it really costs and ofcourse they need to make profit too. Unfortunately, they have brought in the same rules as in the other countries which may not suit the indian audiences. read more...
