Here's the update guys, I sold this handset (Nokia Lumia 820) for Rs. 3000/- a clear cut loss of Rs.20,000/- Thanks to Nokia for making me loss of Rs. 20,000/- I will make sure my family members & close friends not to buy a Nokia product. BIG TV Service is bakwas... Complaint Number: 112287991, its been 30 days no one is ready to take responsibility. Smart Card Number: 200570615659. Its been 30 days, no response from Reliance BIG TV. At least why can't their customer service call me and update, just expecting....
For all the readers here's an update.. 1) Its been 30 calls so far now & 7 days, no action from BIG TV 2) My connection is suspended, please note they have my money, still they suspended my connection. Raised official complaint... still CS is clueless when they solve this issue. Folks please get re-charge vouchers instead of IVR or online recharge.
