Nothing as such Miki, just that if these guys try to shell as much in quality than quantity, it may help them. All problems I faced with them was only a result of poor and under qualified customer service team. At this point of time, Pathetic is the word! Hope for the best in future anyways. Techincal Helpline, first those smart customer service guys were not even ready to take a complain down. They have some step by step manual, and they read it out one by one, like those FBI fellas do it when they investigate.
