I do not know how Tata Sky is with it’s service at other locations, however at my end, there’s one strange problem that’s hit me and the uneducated Tata Sky personnel is doing little do help it.

And to think of it, I buy a big pack, and then I get service less than 30% of what I spend for.
It’s been more than a fortnight, from 09:00 am to 05:30 pm, I hardly get a reception of Tata Sky, Or else it works absolutely fine, however only during these hours, I get to see it less than 10 minutes.
I made calls to helpline, and everytime they put me through a long process of trial and error checks and then they say, we will refresh the system from our end, and you’ll find it working when you switch it on again.
Finally they did take the complain number: 1-932772515, however the problem still persists. And now, to make matters worse, all I get on the screen is the Set Up Checklist Page.
If there is some signal issue how come it hits me only at a specific time everyday and shuts the telecast for more than half a day?
Something really unreasonable and now I feel cheated. I ain’t know how it’s at other ends of this planet, but this is how it is at my end.
Please ensure you do a proper comparison before you take up a Tata Sky connection.
