She will only forward it to the medical superindentant...i did the same and after i met the superintendant, i can confirm he will do anything apart from helping you...they change their policies at will. Adding on to it...my mother died and now when i actually put across all the bills and the medicines and tests done in this hospital under the direction of Piyali Sarkar, i find most of the trsts are irrelevant and just a way to extract money.
