Well, I have decided to discuss this with them and pay based on what comes out of the discussion. GOOD NEWS IS - I SWITCHED TO BEAM.AM GETTING 9.25 MBPS SPEED FOR A 10MBPS PLAN - AT RS 1K.30 GB LIMIT ( ON EXCEEDING - NO EXTRA CHARGE, SPEED SLOWS TO 2MBPS) CANT BELIEVE I WAS USING 200- 400KBPS SPEE read more...
By the time they alerted me, I was already at Rs 6500 data usage( without rentals); and I couldn't immediately stop as I had work and used it for some time, so now I have a total of 8500 rs data usage ( 1200 rental) - total with taxes etc is 10.5K rs i guess. Thanks for the support, yes i am planning to speak to them..but I am surprised how is it being allowed.Are there not enough regulations on it? I can understand the premium on this being a portable device but 10k?? just too much, there has to be a limit.
