In my experience, Indiaplaza is one of the worst online stores.
They required (and probably still do) that new customers fax your credit card statement to them (which is absurd). Credit card statements are confidential, and any vendor who wants to verify someones credit card informations should contact the credit card company (according to what MBNA told me).
Worst customer support ever. They dont reply to emails, they dont answer calls.
There are no options to cancel an order on their site. The order keeps showing up as "on hold" forever, while Indiaplaza takes its sweet time to either deliver the merchandise (if youre lucky, that is), or to stock up if its missing in their inventory (which happens often). They charge you promptly and without any problems, though!
All my attempts to contact them had been unsuccessful and plain ignored, so I just had to contact my credit card company to dispute the transaction. Roughly a year and a half after this happened, I received a call from Indiaplaza asking if I still wanted the DVDs I ordered so long ago. Yeah, right.
