You should have to verify whether he's from Exide Life Insurance company or not, and moreover that guy seems to be a fraudster. Even in Every Life Insurance companies, the fraudsters like Manoharan exists.

Vodafone is just a useless and very congested network in Karnataka, I was a Vodafone customer in 2008 and Vodafone deducted my balance wrongly and that's why I thrown off Vodafone sim and happy with Airtel

But in Karnataka, you won't get jio services in Rural areas. Even most of the people abuses Jio in terms of worst coverage and connectivity. It's coverage is more worst than Aircel { A Company which was become bankruptcy recently}.
