You should have to verify whether he's from Exide Life Insurance company or not, and moreover that guy seems to be a fraudster. Even in Every Life Insurance companies, the fraudsters like Manoharan exists.

Vodafone is just a useless and very congested network in Karnataka, I was a Vodafone customer in 2008 and Vodafone deducted my balance wrongly and that's why I thrown off Vodafone sim and happy with Airtel
