Hi , I have also suffered by this LIC Housing finance. In the LIC for house loan you give some amount of bribe also for certain people out side the LIC. This type is not seen in the other housing finances.
When I first visited the site in Horamavu , I was impressed by there project CRV Dew, but after having some investigation, I found out financially the group is not well sound and I doubt in bad times they will even be able to complete the project, The India most respected HDFC bank has rejected them read more...
