Further to my message dated Tuesday, March 01, 2011 17:39:09.


Undersigned received a SMS message from my bankers at 17:32 01/03/11 LM-StanChrt informing about the transaction for Rs 881.99 dated Tuesday, March 01, 2011 17:39:09 (Photocopy pasted below).


Fraudulent AIRTEL, please let me know that if as per my online payment through your web (airtelweb)


QUOTE" Sorry your payment has been cancelled. Please try later"UNQUOTE


and


QUOTE" Sorry online payment is not yet available"UNQUOTE

Than how this transaction finalized in my bank/credit card account?


Customer care AIRTEL, NODAL (or POODAL) & APPEALLATE (or Mr LATE) AUTHORITY needs to exhibit SHAME for being indifferent and taking no action for so long on such related matter. You all have dealt with the matter, TELLING LIES, using DELAY TACTICS, forwarding tutored and pre-taped replies, to cover up your inefficiency and faulty services. Corporate ethics just dumped in the gutter by the AIRTEL and customer harassed. Action is in hand to awaken the unsuspecting customers.

Number of complaintsin the recent past have received no response and totally ignored, by the inefficient, indifferent staff of AIRTEL at all level. No corrective measures talen to improve your website, especially in respect of payments through internet.


ANOTHER NUISANCE AND CLEAR PROOF OF YOUR INEFFECTIVE WESITE ( https://www.airtel.in and customer followup on 'My Account') is presented herewith.


On 01 March 2011, the undersigned customer tried to pay the Airtel bill amount on internet (AIRTEL WEB). Followed 'MY ACCOUNT'


Pay, Enter ID & PASSWORD, follow up entry of Credit Card details as required and asked for by the opening pages and BOX. FINALLY THE SECURE CARD PAGE FAILS TO PROCEED, AS EVER:-


As mentioned in my complaints in the past, no (NO) one in AIRTEL has SHAME. Just loot the customer THROUGH CURRUPT SERVICES is AIRTEL MOTTO.
