Have we lost the real time life that we lived before the y2k boom. We don't know to live the moments anymore

Instead of living it ourselves we are capturing on the camera to show it to the world. Social media had given the idea that we should all have a posse of followers when in reality we have one or two good friends

As far as self confidence goes so much of social media is about approval and getting likes. Comparing our lives to others - meanwhile confidence is an inside job. It's about how you feel about yourself regardless of what anyone else does or reacts.its a knowing that you are human and your are flawed. But you are awesome !
