Edelweiss Capital Ltd is extremely unethical while dealing with recruitment vendors. We had placed a Sr. VP Mr. Sarju Simaria, but after we sent his resume and coordinated all his interviews we were told that they had already met him 2 years ago and we would not be paid for it. We lost almost 10 Lakhs of revenue because of that. The Head - HR promised to compensate us for it in some other way but pleaded that we do not raise the issue with the CEO else he would be in trouble. They also sacked one admin candidate within a month and then insisted on a free replacement although contracts only cover involuntary attrition. We agreed to that still under pressure. The present Head - HR is even more incompetent and just collects resumes and never responds to feedback or sticks to any appointments... I feel this is the most unethical HR that our firm has ever dealt with ever... Would advise potential employees to avoid joining Edelweiss
