As expected, someone from Eureka Forbes came and said he is not the right person as this comes under someone else's jurisdiction... I certainly would want to get an HP one after this horrible experience with Samsung... My first laser printer that i purchased from HP in 2005 is still working... only problem is it was not an MFP... now i have to buy an HP MFP i guess...
I had refilled it once last year, but the chip was not easily available and now since the model is no longer in circulation, i don't think we will get the chip... also after refilling the print quality was smudgy and status on printer cartridge ink that used to come online was no longer visible...

IFB not only supplies substandard products, but does not let you complain on their website and if you call their customer service they keep giving you nos of different people who have no clue about handling complaints / customer service.
