Its regarding the experience on yepme.com

Cant refrain myself writing as am really exhausted and highly disappointed with my first experience on yepme.com. After getting no resolution from any source, I am forced to post the review on mouthshut I placed this order 6856534 on May 10'14 for 8 items that were showing in stock. Now, let me write step by steps what happened that lead to my utter dissatisfaction:

• All the items at that time were showing in stock, however in actual one of the items was not in stock

  
  




• I called up cust care on May 12 and they told me that the order is still to be dispatched. They lodged a complaint since the order was delayed but did not explain me the reason of delay. They told me that they will follow up and call be back, however nothing such happened. They asked me to wait for 24-48 hours

  
  

No resolution on May 12

• I called up again next day i.e.May 13 multiple times and they told me that the order is in progress and the complaint is already being raised. They again asked me to wait for another 24-48 hours

No resolution again on May 13 after multiple calls

• Again, I called them up on May 14. Now, they told me that the reason of delay in dispatch was because of one of the item(navy blue shirt) not in stock. It was a shock to me as the same did not display while ordering for the item online. They again assured me of the resolution by day end.

No resolution again on May 14 after multiple calls

• Now, finally I called them back again on May 15. They told me that the item is ready to be dispatched and will be done by evening. It will reach by May 16 or maximum by May 17. However, till now, the item is still not dispatched. It's again showing as'Ready to dispatch'.

Highly frustrating and No resolution again till now

I WANT TO REQUEST ALL TO TRY OTHER BETTER WEBSITES AS SNAPDEAL.COM, FLIPKART.COM, MYNTRA.COM BUT NEVER TRY YEPME.COM.

I HAVE DONE A MISTAKE, YOU SHOULD NEVER

This was my first experience with yepme.com but because of all this mishaps, I need to thinks multiple time before again ordering anything via this website or recommending it to anyone. Thanks!
