I HAVENT GOT ANY ANSWERS FROM MOTOROLA, HAVE SENT THEM MULTIPLE EMAILS BUT HAVENT GOT ANY ANSWERS. THEY HAVE KEPT MY PHONE AND DIDNT EVEN WANT TO RETURN IT I GUESS.. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT ANYONE CAN THINK OF IS PROVIDED BY MOTOROLA
