Thanks to read my diary. As they shifted all the responsibilities to Panasonic Company, there was nothing to do. And there was no doubt, Company has not any responsibilities if Great Eastern gives me any second hand stuff deliberately. I had to lodge a complaint against Great Eastern Trading co. and Panasonic Company too to Consumer Affair (as advised) and claimed a new company sealed pack. After a long, they called me and Great Eastern people and Panasonic people on 13th Sept. at 3 30pm. to come to a settlement. But they didn’t admit that. I called Panasonic Company there to show that Great Eastern Trading Co. is making their bad reputation giving the old stuff. But the Panasonic guy played a very deferent role, rather indecent. He told, all those things were happened by me yet I claim a new thing. I didn’t expect that behavior from a multinational Company who should always take care of their good name in this competitive market. Actually, Great Eastern Trading Co. is more important to them who sales their products than a single customer like me who has already bought ( paid for) their stuff….. And Great Eastern Trading Co. cheated me very cleverly…..

At last Consumer Affair couldn’t get any solution. They advised me to put up a court case in Consumer Forum. But I think it may cost more than the price of my purchased stuff. Not only that it’s so time taking that my purchased old stuff will get older.

There are so many people who are victims of them like me that way, I did a survey, but how many people are interested to take any step spoiling their busy schedule. So I like to make people aware of this shop so that they think before buying anything from Great Eastern Trading Co. Hope you will share my such experience to the others. Thank u.
