HI, I HAD PURCHASED A HTC ONE X ON 21-07-2012. THE SCREEN WENT FAULTY AND STARTED FLICKERING WITHIN 15 DAYS AND I SUBMITTED THE PHONE FOR REPAIR ON 6-8-2012. THE PHONE WAS GIVEN BACK TO ME 15 DAYS. THE SAME DAY THE PHONE GAVE ME THE SAME ISSUE. WHEN I CALLED HTC CALL CENTRE, THEY REQUESTED ME TO GIVE IT FOR REPAIR ONCE AGAIN. THE PHONE WAS GIVEN FOR REPAIR ON 20-8-2102. I WAS ASKED TO COLLECTED THE REPAIRED PHONE ON 12-9-2012. WHEN I COLLECTED IT AT THE COLLECTION POINT - S G INFOTECH, BORIVALI, THE PHONE WASNT REPAIRED AT ALL AND WAS HAVING THE SAME ISSUE AS EARLIER. AS COMMUNICATED TO ME ON CALL, THE PHONE'S TOUCH SCREEN AND LED WAS 'REPLACED'. THIS OBVIOUSLY HASNT SOLVED THE CASE. ON 12-9-2012 I WAS PROVIDED THE COMPLAINT NO - 12INC370003646, WHERE I WAS PROMISED THAT I WILL GET A CALL FROM THE ESCALATION TEAM WITHING 48 HOURS. ON 15-9-2012 I CALLED UP THE HTC CALL CENTRE, TO BE TOLD THAT DUE TO BACKLOG ISSUES I HAVENT RECEIVED THE CALL AND WOULD SURELY RECEIVE A CALL BY MONDAY 17-9-2012 6.30 PM. A NEW COMPLAINT NUMBER HAS BEEN PROVIDED - 12INC370008099.


TO THE CONCERNED ESCALATION TEAM - REPLACE THIS HANDSET - THIS HANDSET CANNOT BE REPAIRED AS MENTIONED BY THE PERSON AT S G INFOTECH TO THE CALL CENTRE TEAM. REPLACE THIS HANDSET WHICH IS FAULTY AND CANNOT BE REPAIRED
