I have purchased a HTC One X from Croma, Lower Parel, Mumbai on 21 July 2012.
On 6 August 2012, I gave it for repairs as the screen was flickering and eventually went dead. The service centre is contention is S G Infotech at Borivali, Mumbai.
They promised to repair the same. The handset was returned to me on 21 August 2012.
On 22 August 2012, the same problems resurfaced and I went with the handset to the service centre on 23 August 2012.
They asked me to call the call centre, who promised that I would receive a call from the higher authorities to sort the matter.
The complaint number provided to me was 12INC340005239.
I waited till 25 August for the call, which never came. Finally I called them on 25 August, to my failure the first call attended by Ramesh was disconnected after 15 minutes, out of which I was put on hold for 10 minutes.
I called back, the same being answered by an executive called Sumit, who disconnected within 5 minutes of the call.
Finally my call was answered by an executive by Omkar, who mentioned that the phone was infact 'rebuilt' in the first instance and not repaired.
He requested that I give the phone for repair once again to the service centre and it would be repaired this time.
The complaint number provided this time was 12INC 340008226
Also he mentioned that the complaint has been escalated to Level 2 within the HTC system and will be resolved soon.

I request you to please help me in this case and get me a REPLACEMENT for the same.
