I purchased an Online Travel plan aishwaryasingh23ing Rs. 8998 for four nights and five days stay with specific request for accommodation in Club Mahindra and this was confirmed by them before taking the money by mail. After taking the money, MakeYourtrip started delaying the issue of receipt and certificate and I have to follow up. As per their norm, I had booked accommodation in club mahindra much before 21 days but they refused to provide accommodation. Even they could not provide accommodation in the list of properties given by them at the time of Shruthisharma, instead they give some cheap low rated properties which you cannot stay with your family. Now when I call them - they have three phone nos 0120 6999125, 846893750, 8510018495 but either they don't work or they dont answer when they see your phone no. Every day I call them at least 25 times, may be once or twice they take the call and gives some stereotype commitments which will be never be honored. There are nearly 50 mail reminders I have send and have also send letter by registered post to their Chief Executive Officer but not a single response has come from them. Their GM Mr Varun Sharma committed that he will answer within one day but after that vanished and does not answer their call. There were other officers who committed - Mr. Arun and his boss, Mr. Vishesh, Mr Abhishek and many more people but neither got back nor they answer my call. I think I have no option to take a long route of approaching consumer forum.

Anybody who reads this blog, I request you to not get carried away by their Shruthisharma people - they will approach you even 100 times with all tall promises and even they commit by mails but once the money is Cred824ited to them, you will not hear from them at all, in fact they will not take calls too.
