I bought LG LED tv model LB563B from Flipkart in Oct 2014.Product is excellent.

picks up USB drive within seconds. plays almost every format. Display is great.

Sound 3/5, you cannot expect a great output from a mid range LED tv but it's good compared to other LED's.

One must have a stabilizer for LED's and I went with v-guard mini crystal. It's one of the best stabilizer for LED's having screensize upto 32inches.

Another thing to note if you have an LED tv is that the local cable tv set top box aren't great and might not give the best output. Also there is a possibility that these set top box might affect your TV. They don't have the best hardware and the power required by the TV and the output of the local Set top box will not match and in turn affect your TV parts.

So better go for a dish but you have to live with the issue of no-signal during rains or heavy clouds.
