Mahindra first choice Cheats and Fraud...
My story with Mahindra First choice ( Dealership - Car Palnet -Thane):
bought a Toyota Innova with Registration number MH 42A 987 from your Thane dealership “ Car planet” on 1st Dec 2010.
I had paid INR 700,000 ++ for 2005 model Toyota Innova; even you might be surprised at the high price I paid for it.
My decision to buy this car at a premium price was made because I was informed ( and also Tachymeter showed) that the car had run only 52,000 KM.
Post purchase, In mar 2011, I had submitted the subjected car for a regular service and check up at Wasan Toyota in Chembur, Mumbai.
To my shock, dismay, anguish and anger, I was informed by the Toyota dealership that as per their service record this car had done 120,000 Km and not 52,000 KM as claimed by Mahindra First Choice. It was very clear that the tachymeter was tampered to show a lower reading to cheat me and sell the Car.
I had several discussions with the owner of the dealership, Mr. Prasad and the the Zonal manager in Mahindra - Mr. Saharad Jain. My calls for a solution/refund of money fell in to deaf ears. I then sent letters/ legal notices to the dealer and Mahindra First choice but no one responded, even though the dealer/ mahindra acknowledged over phone that it was a mistake from thier side.
Since last 1.5 years, I have not got any redressal.
With my experince, I would suggest that no one buys cars from Mahindra First choice, they are cheates and sell car fradulently.
