Writing about shopclues at this point of time – when quite many of us (online shoppers) are saying worst of words for ShopClues.com. I am somewhere not convinced by a general perception of people that I saw towards the site in last couple of dayz and want to share my views with you. Shopclues came as any other eCom this year, trust me, I was having No Clue about them before their – ‘Ohh so Tempting… Freebies Giveaway.’ Many of us would agree on collecting the HU keychains :), since the keychain was free, I ordered them too... the anxiety of receiving a freebie ASAP provoked me to write to the CC, though it said- The product will be shipped in 1-2 day… and I would say the experience with the CC was quite nice (have had some really bad experiences in terms of after sales communications with some gud names in online shopping market). The product was sent within the said timeline – Would surely give them 9/10 for that and was properly packed, infact was sent more securely than I thought and would rate them as 10/10 for that. I was quite impressed with product and overall services offered by Shopclues for a FREE product.

My second order with them was a wall clock, which was not so gud experience in the first go, but now I can say – It was my best experience with any e Com in response to returns and refunds. The clock that I ordered came with broken glass –it was shipped by one of thr vendors from Mumbai….I returned the product and was not asked for silly proofs, like others. On calling the CC no. some polite gentleman accepted as thr fault and state away processed refunds for me – it was Quick and can surely rate them 9/10 for it. This surely pushed me to order a few more products with them… have shopped for Jewelry, Clothing and home décor after that and all were pleasant experiences in terms of product quality, pricing and shipping… the only Negative is experienced was regarding product tracking, had to call them to knw a strange term ‘Milk Run’.

My recent purchase was Valentine’s Day rose bouquet – the most talked about one… to my fortune, my experience with Shopclues was pleasant this time too… Ordered the bouquet on 9th Feb for delivery on 14th and my valentine got the delivery of flowers at around 10, which was pretty decent considering the rush of V-day. The quality of flowers were decent too, as told to me by him…..Looking at their official Facebook page I could make out that it wasn’t very gud experience for many… but was extremely impressed with their admin’s reply to almost all complaints… all in all my shopping experiences with Shopclues were always gud, would surely recommend it to my friends.
