@mukresh did you try these guys recently? I tried them a couple of months back and didn't face any such thing. May be it was a bad timing or a wrong person handling your requests.

Hey, Buddy! I have a different point of view than urs. Seems they are at least trying to bring a novel concept in India. We should appreciate their effort than criticizing for the execution. My neice took a session recently, it was seamless and i must say they are doing an awesome job!

@Aamisuds - Agree with you, Each individual has his/her own bunch of experiences (Sweet, sour and bitter). We can just wish that no one ever face the bitter side of of.. Sweet and sour are part of life :)

Even i agree with u.. Had shopped with them a couple of times... and had some real gud experiences.. be it Ordering processes, Payment issues or after sale customer services... a Big Cheers to Shopclues for bringing in eCommerce with trust!!
