CONTINUED FROM PART 2....
In the man time at round 20:02 hrs while I was still on hold I received
a call from 9841670918. since I was waiting from mr. srinivasan to give
the docket numbers I disconnected the incoming call but the line from
121 also got disconnected. So I tried to call 9841670918 to see who is
it but could not reach the number so again tried 121. but I again
received the call from 9841670918 and one mr. ragavendar came on line
and said that he is the manager for aircel customer care and he started
an argument with me and refused to book any dockets which was committed
by mr.srinivasan and also threatened, abused and used unparliamentary
words over phone and also stated that the mobile number 9551385422 will
never be released no matter where I go and complain. so I asked him to
wait on line so that I can record his threats, abuses, unparliamentary
words into my phone he abruptly disconnected the line.
Having received such good response from aircel customer care I again
called 121 where one mr.gunasekaran came online and after explain all
the details painstakingly for more than half and hour he was unable to
give any solution and the call was transferred to on mr.anbu, tl who
after explaining all the details refused to register a complaint about
non receipt of sms acknowledgement, blocking of complaint by mr.
sasikuarm, and threat, abuse and use of unparliamentary over phone by
mr. raganvendar.
And since only bogus nodal officer and security guards seems to be
answering the nodal numbers and was comnfirmed by mr.sasikumar that
there is not appellate authority to take the complaint, I kindly
request your good self to register an fir and take necessary action
under IPC on all of the above persons please.
This is for your kind information and favour of action at your end.
