Res Sir/mam.,


On the night of 04/02/2010 it was found that the mobile number


9551385422 for which I have raised the complaints at the request of the


customer mr. ramseh and pursuing the case since 02/02/2010 both in the


interest of the customer and in the interest of public, I wish to


inform the following few things for your kind attention.


On noticing the release of the above mobile number have been


reactivated without any notice, I personally along with the customer


mr. ramesh went to the retailers shop which is actually arul murugan


cell center not arul murugan stores located in pattabiram. from there I


contacted 121 at around 15:30 hrs but since the line got disconnected I


again tried 121 and one ms. sudha came on line and I inquired whether


the necessary documents which are mysteriously missing have been


received because of which the line has been released. But she said that


there is no entry in her system via a vis aircel on any documents


received and the matter is still pending. So I asked her to wait in the


line and gave the phone to mr.arulmurugan, the retailer of aircel from


where the simcard was purchased and he informed her that he himself had


received all the documents on 01/01/2010 from the customer and it has


been collected in person by one mr.suresh of maruthi traders who is the


authorised dealer for aircel. And now since it was fully established


that there is no fault on the side of the customer and the forms are


mysteriously missing / misused from aircel side I asked her to provide


the dealers address to which she started to speak rude and asked to


collect the adress from retailer while it is her duty to provide such


informations on request both in the interest on customer and in the


interest of public. I gave the phone to retailer to speak to her


because even the retailer is not aware of the distributors address


which is in violation of well settled laws. Even to the retailer the


agent spoke rude and hence I had to request to speak to some higher up.


To this the call was transfered to ms.indhumathi to whom I explained


all that happened just now and she asked me to give the phone to the


retailer to confirm my statements. So I again went and gave the phone


to the retailer and she confirmed the statements of the retailer who


clearly told her that there is no document due and he had submitted all


the documents along with the application. After confirmation that the


documents are mysteriously missing from aircel side she assured to


arrange a call back from aircel within 4 hours to provide information


about the dealer who had collected the documents
