Photo comment competition - Ultimate winners....

Here I come with the secret box of

results of the comment competition…

If you didn't read my 2 posts of

todate, please read them first, since this is a continuation.

In the first the awards for the best pictures are been declared and prizes are

distributed.

Now,

before declaring the award let me explain how the winners are

selected. I approached 3 people, Ipsita,

Nik(Patenik2) & Jeeva to judge the comments. Unfortunately

Jeeva was busy and not available. So, the burden of judgement was given

to Ipsi & Nik. Data were exchanged and each of

the judges come up with individual tally. The same is been

tabulated and could find many neck to neck proportions. And

yesterday evening we set in a conference chat and decide the final

winners. That is the short story of judgment.

Now…to the most awaiting award….the best comment from the

369 comments…The decision was not easy…Ipsi and Nik spent extra time to list the best …There were 4

people who got at least one 10/10 by one of the two judges. And these 4 people were the top 4 scorers as

well. 2 male and 2 female…Farookh,

Spike, Doveye & Madhuri…So the stage is set to select the best comment…the competition later narrowed down to Farookh &

Doveye…after considering the comments once again, the jury decided to give the

highest prize of this competition to Farookh for his comment on photo by Doveye…’That’s

it... I’ll never go on a date again...’’.

Short, sweet, funny and well fist the photo, create a laugh and a

thought at the end…So….Farookh is the winner!!

The decision on the best comment writer was not that

difficult but not easy also.   Farookh

with his 85 one to one better comments and Spike

Who only wrote 14 comments, but made a good impact.   After careful

examination, the judgement committee judged them equal.    They also observed that they

wrote most of their comments within the first 30 minutes from the announcement

of the competition and their active participation from the beginning made the

process very interesting and challenging by setting a high standard.   So, here come

the best comment writers!!! Farookh

& Spike!! They are the winners!!

Farookh will get a bike worth MS1,000 (MS500 for best

comment and MS500 for best commentator), Spike will receive Gold ring worth MS500 and shades worth

MS100. The two other leading stars who

enters into the last 4 will get MS200 worth gifts. The

remaining 10 out of 14 finalists will receive MS150 each worth gifts along with

7 special prize winners. All other

participants in the comment competition will receive MS100 worth gifts. . All who commented on any of

the competition posts but didn't win any of the above gifts will receive gifts

worth MS50/-. So enjoy the competition

and continue to participate in future competitions...

It was great to be a part of a joint effort and all

participants deserve a pat on their backs for taking their time and for
