Based on your initial preferences, we promptly changed the hotels and ensured you had a comfortable and enjoyable stay-which you acknowledged at the time. Following that there were multiple changes to your travel dates. On one occasion ,you requested a booking at Ramada, which we agreed to accommodate but we did not receive a confirmation from your end before the dates were altered again.
We understand that plans can change and we always strive to be flexible.However,frequent changes and booking shuffles do create operational challenges, especially when trying to secure the best options for you.
Going forward ,we'd be happy to finalize all bookings once details are confirmed from your side.
