i'm an indian air force officer posted to AF Stn Halwara, 30 kms from Ludhiana in Punjab,


the worst kind of after sales service a company can provide is what has been provided to me. i'm using purit for the past 2 years. on two previous occassions I got the germ kit batterry replaced and delivered at my door step but this time it would not happen. following are my complaint nos. for your reference--


102440317, 102469996, is10/ldh23834869, 102440317, 102487540, 102497262.


finally I get a message that the address cannot be traced for comp no-102487540.( as if the address has vanished from the face of the earth)


the first complaint made was on the 14 jul 2010....i'm still waiting for the batt kit to be delivered.


IN THE MEANWHILE THE TAP OF THE SYSTEM HAS ALSO GIVEN WAY.....I DON'T KNOW WETHER FOR THAT I WILL HAVE TO TAKE THE SET TO THEIR MUMBAI FACTORY......
