We hv booked 2 BHK FLAT in vatika,city home,sector 83 in year 2008 with super area as 1325 sq ft.Total cost is approx Rs38 lacs.Possession still not given inspite of assurance in year 2014 /istqtr2015/2nd qtr2015 now 3rd qtr2015 .Tile work is going in.We hv visited the site 6 month back and seen the houses.The physical area seems to be very very small in regard to charged super area of 1325 sq feet.No space has been provided for cupboard.Even a small balcony is not provided in bed room.We hv visited other builders houses and they are providing even 3 BHK in such super area of 1325 sqfeet.

Anyway a doubt has come in our mind regarding area.We requested the builder to give break up of super area of 1325 sq feet.We also repeatedly requested the builder to confirm carpet area for our reference purpose only although we will continue to pay on super area basis but builder is not disclosing/sharing this information. We hv also requested the builder to give possession at the earliest.

We request other allottee to also check break up super area/carpet area We feel in super area of 1325 sq feet,one can get good 2 bhk HOUSE.1325 SQ FEET IS NOT SMALL AREA FOR 2 BHK.Builder is just saying to refer to drawing .My request is break up totaling to1325 sq feet.
