I am facing several issues due to various irresponsibility shown by my RA (Mr.Vinod Agrawal, Ace Technology, 2,Saket Shopping Center,1st Floor, Above Goregaon Cut Piece Center, Station Road,Goregaon(W), Mumbai-400062.Issues in their order of occurence are:
(Nov 6, 13 days ago, 1st day) My form was filled in wrongly by the RA, due to which it got a rejection from TCS.
(Nov 10, 10 days ago, 5th day) After being frustrated of waiting I called My RA which then filed another request with correct details, the same day signature was generated.
(Nov 14, 6 days ago, 9th day) A courier arrives with digital signature enrollment kit without USB-Token that too on 5th day though thane and mumbai are nearby a courier shouldn't take this long.
(Nov 15, 5 days ago, 10th day) I called RA to convey the mistake. For security reasons he asked me to wait while he re-sends the token else for urgency he can mail me the pfx file. I decided to wait as they said I should get the courier by 17-18 Nov. 5. (Nov 19, previous day, 14th day) I called RA that I haven't yet received the courier, he said, it should arrive today for sure, on being asked for courier consignment number he couldn't provide it as the office boy who couriered it was non-traceable. I now accepted the choice of pfx file to be emailed to me.
As per the instruction given by RA I installed the pfx file, but mca.gov.in generated an error which I communicated to the RA he asked me to call Amit some colleage of RA in his another office. Amit gave me some instruction which I followed and then the browser generated another error. Amit then asked me to send screenshot of the same which I emailed immediately ho him and I was promised for receiving a reply which I haven't received yet. Best part is on Nov 19, 14 days passed, when I complained to the RA about their service, he said, "You're not the only person facing this problem, there are many who are facing similar issues, as there are lot of applications".
I wish I could help them by assigning some of their work to someone else. Now on 20th day I'm in no position to tell someone that getting a digital signature from TCS-CA is just an hour job and then 2-3 days for receiving the kit.
