I recently read the post of Deepak ji on star of MS, I would like to share a real story with you, so without saying any more Introductions let us come on the real story.

Once I was a part of a conference, and at evening it was the dance session, music was on full throttle, and everyone was enjoying his dance, nobody is careful that how he is dancing, and how others are dancing, it was pure fun.

Then suddenly The CEO, who earlier sitting in a corner and drinking his peg, suddenly thought that I am the one who is left out,as He has such ego that he cannot dance like an ordinary person, so he stood up and announced, and asked everybody to stop, as he was very good in doing politics, he said the next three songs will be a contest, I will make a jury, who would reward the best dancers ,and the first three winners would receive the cash prizes.

And from that moment everything has got messed up, fun has now replaced with competition, nobody is dancing for himself, but just to win the prize, the steps are now calculating, gaze were on others, as he is not dancing better than me, so the next few minutes were like a hell. And CEO was happy; he has done what he has been doing for all his life, able to create a fraction.

So after dance session, the usual fun has gone, some are winners and others are loser, jealousy, dissatisfaction, favorism, replaced the earlier mood.

So I do not think I need to write the story ahead, you all know the discussion after that.
