On my recent trip to Rajasthan I fell ill, I couldnot figure out the root cause until I came back to Delhi and started eating homemade food. I carry lunch to work as I am a fitness freak, but still I felt bloating in my stomach. So one day I made up my mind to carry water as well from home.
