It is really bad what has happened to you though, it must be some fraudulent act of the shopkeeper because I am an user of Kent Pearl of last 8 months and it doesnt trouble me anyhow, Kent is installed at many of my friend's place as well and they are also happy with the service provided by it.

yes true the service provided by Kent is really good. I also used Pureit at one point of time but purchased Kent due to the poor service of Pureit.

hey Sidharth, I am using Kent past 10 years and till date I faced no issues as such what may have happened is the man who you talked to at the service centre must have misguided you, but even the servicemen who come for servicing Kent at my place are very helpful.
